To ensure consistency across this cloud application, we created a UI Guideline. This guideline consists of Design Principles, Tone & Voice, pre-build Components and Patterns as well as Smart Templates. We're enabling a group of hundreds of developers to create consistent experiences.
YaaS Community: To emphasize the liveliness of this community, we utilized the Masonry grid. This grid lives and updates minute to minute. Content is being pulled in dynamically. There's an option to refine the grid per topic (Events, Blog posts, ...) which reshuffles the grid on-the-fly.
To allow an onboarding experience that is simple, easy and smooth, we've redesigned the flow. Starting from the user perspective, we've removed all 'obstacles' we could technically take care of. A large part of the screen has been dedicated for visual support to the forms needed to be completed.
Popular brands have a loyal social following. To show this social community is alive and energetic, we've created this dynamic grid that updates minute-to-minute. It's life! When fans buy a product or tag a product or the brand on a social platform, this data will dynamically be pulled into the grid. Around the globe fans can follow the purchases and conversations around their favorite brand.
Now, why wouldn't a brand want to use this life data as well? Based on transactions, trends, hot topics, ... marketers can create a target group on the fly and send out campaigns real-time.

We've created a visual way of navigating through big data. This native IOS app holds all data that's been collected from you (past purchases, locations, social conversations, likes, ...). Within this app we're allowing the user to be in charge of their own data. Since data privacy is still a sensitive topic to many, we've approached the design in a fun, visual and engaging matter. Bright colors, cool interactions, simple flows all contribute to a unique experience.
We redesigned the clientelling application for sales people on the floor. Starting from scratch and focussing on the real use case. We've designed the screens to be branded, and exciting on the eye. All the data that shouldn't be seen by customers got moved into another app (which seamlessly integrate with this clientelling app). This allows the sales person to share the screen with the customer - looking and browsing through refinements and style together.
The design is simple and quick, which is of the essence for the sales associates on the floor.
Since everything and everyone is connected, lets use this data smart and to the advantage of each individual. When we see an individual in Chicago, during winter temperatures, who likes travel, sun, culture, beaches, who's single and can jump on a plane in a matter of hours, who has a big social following with similar interests and has a work calendar that allows some time off... Lets recommend this person to escape the winter. Target this individual with a specific promotion that makes it irresistible to not "get out" for a few days.
Engage the fans and use technology to create a unique experience. From saving the location of the car, to waiting times at the gates, to promotions based on your seats in the stadium. Adding gamification and social challenges engages the crowd and makes the game experience whole.
